Assistant Lending Manager

Mike Allen is a well respected professional director who has deep financial market and investment banking expertise. Mike is currently Chair of the Investment Committee for Tainui Group Holdings, Chair of Investor Properties Ltd and is a Director for China Construction Bank and Taumata Plantations Ltd. Previous governance roles have included Abano Healthcare, GoBus Ltd, Godfrey Hirst Australia and Coats Plc where he was Chair for 18 months. His last corporate executive role was running the Westpac Institutional Bank. Prior to this role he was Head of Mergers and Acquisitions for Southpac Corporation where he was deeply involved in mergers and acquisitions across a range of sectors and engaged in capital raising and allocation initiatives.

Mike Allen

With more than 12 years’ experience operating and managing IT and Telecommunication businesses, Leo moved to New Zealand in 2014 to start a property development business in the commercial and residential sectors. He could see the market need for non-bank lenders, so in 2017 he established Vincent Capital.

With an MBA degree and development experience, Leo has an excellent understanding of the property market structure and cycle and his interpersonal skills leads to strong, ongoing relationships.

Leo Li

Eoin O’Grady has over 19 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector, most recently as Head of Global Capital Markets (London) for AIG Investments. Eoin is particularly experienced in global capital markets, risk, hedging, liquidity, M&A, and core treasury functions.

Eoin moved with his family to Auckland in 2020 but is originally from Ireland. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) honours degree from University College Cork, Ireland, in 2001.

Eoin O'Grady

Christie is responsible for marketing and operations. She has excellent knowledge of the residential property sector with over 20 years experience in both the property marketing and property development areas. Christie keeps a close eye on all the day to day operations of the business.

Christie Wrightson

A chartered accountant, Eric maintains careful financial control of our financial operations. He ensures funding is in place for the lending team and that the company’s financial commitments are met.

Eric Joe

With a Master of Management degree from the University of Auckland (specialising in accounting), Lino coordinates the loans at Vincent Capital. Having worked in a local development company, Lino understands the needs of our clients and ensures they get accurate and fast responses to enquiries. She assists in managing the AML process and supports the lending managers from client onboarding to full facility repayment.

Lino Tan

Since migrating to New Zealand in 2001, Henry has worked in residential construction, property development and property finance. His building and development experience enable him to communicate effectively with clients and advisors, understanding their drivers and providing the best solutions for their specific project needs.

Henry is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and he holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) honours degree in Engineering with Business Finance from University College London.

Henry Chen

Michael has nearly 10 years’ experience in property development and construction management. With a Bachelor of Construction Economics from Unitec, Michael started his career as a quantity surveyor for the Hawkins Construction Group. He has also worked with property developers based locally and offshore gaining considerable first-hand knowledge and practical understanding of project delivery.

Michael is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Construction Economics degree from Unitec Institute of Technology.

Michael Long

Edward has over 15 years of experience in the property and finance industry, working across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. Since returning to Auckland in 2016 he has funded a range of property investment and development transactions throughout the country. Prior to joining Vincent Capital, Edward worked in BNZ’s specialist Property Finance Unit for 6 years, following roles at Westpac and Lloyds Banking Group.

Edward holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Auckland.

Edward Leuschke

Danny has 7 years experience in banking across both Corporate and Personal banking but always focusing on Property Finance.  With a Bachelor of Finance degree from Massey University, Danny offers a robust foundation in financial services. His commitment to exceptional customer service, backed by a kind demeanor, fosters enduring client relationships built on trust and reliability.

Danny Chen

Lucy has five years’ experience in both the bank and non-bank space, with a consistent focus on Property Finance, holding a Bachelor of Laws (specialising in property law) and a Bachelor of Arts from Canterbury University.

She has developed robust industry knowledge over this time, with a commitment to fostering relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Lucy has funded a range of investment and development transactions throughout the country, with a particular focus on South Island residential developments.

Lucy Hawkes

Johnny began his career in the construction industry five years ago at a leading Quantity Surveying consultancy. During this time, he has developed extensive knowledge and technical skills in the commercial space during delivery of various projects in the education and infrastructure sectors.

Johnny is holds National Diploma’s in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management and is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Johnny Liu

With a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and a Master of Construction Management, Melissa brings her experience as a QS and Bank QS to our team. She brings discipline and expertise across a number of specialisations including bank funding, post-contract cost management and cost construction management.

Melissa’s expertise is in bank funding and providing accurate and detailed information that provides clients and funders confidence in the project undertaken. Harnessing her Quantity Surveying experience enables her to provide knowledge and understanding of the project from construction progression through to bank funding requirements ensuring she has a holistic view of the entire process.
